TensorGrip – G67 – Water-Based Pressure Sensitive Flooring Adhesive

TensorGrip G67 is a water-based, pressure sensitive flooring adhesive designed to spray from a portable canister system. TensorGrip G67 can be used for carpet tile, vinyl tile, vinyl plank, and underlayment, and allows substrate to be laid into the wet adhesive without giving a permanent bond when dried.

Canister System Usage:  When hose is connected, keep canister valve open and hose pressurized at all times.  Do not disconnect the hose until ready to connect to new canister.  Release pressure in hose before disconnecting from canister.  If gun and hose must be stored unattached to pressurized canister, they may be cleaned for future use by attaching to canister of 609 Citrus cleaner and flushing until clear.

Canister Adhesives
Canister adhesives are designed as portable, self-contained spray systems for field or shop applications.  No outside air source is required.  The only equipment needed is a hose and spray gun.  However, compressed air may be used to improve sprayability and increase dry times.  Typically these are not big issues as canister adhesives are quite fast dry with extended open times allowing for sufficient workability.
